All products sold through our online store are made to order and, in many cases, personalized.

Due to the nature of our production process, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted once production has started, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email.
Your message must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate solution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Personalized products

  • Pre-order items

This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
