1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Contract Formation

All product displays on our website are invitations to place an order and do not constitute a binding offer.
A binding contract is formed once the order is confirmed by us via email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Production & Delivery

All products are individually produced and made to order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders open on the date stated on the product page
Production begins on the specified production start date
Estimated delivery time: up to 7 days from the start of production

Standard Orders

Production time: up to 7 days
Shipping time: up to 7 days after production

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production volume and destination.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent by email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or force majeure events.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.

8. Defects & Incorrect Orders

If a product arrives defective or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email, including photographic evidence.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

9. Ownership

All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, typefaces, graphics, logos, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted under UAE law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
